Deze moeten volledig door de schuldeiser worden overgenomen.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Werkwijze Burg Inkasso AG:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Na ontvangst van een incassozaak zal het team van Burg Inkasso AG allereerst adres en verhaalspositie van de debiteur in kaart brengen; als de debiteur een bedrijf is zal een informatie bij het handelsregister worden genomen.<\/p>\n\n<p>Vervolgens zal de debiteur een eerste betalingsverzoek ontvangen, in welk verzoek Burg Inkasso aangeeft dat de kwestie nu nationaal behandeld zal gaan worden. Na 14 dagen volgt -bij geen reactie- de tweede sommatie. In deze sommatie worden gerechtelijke stappen aangekondigd. Als betaling uitblijft zal nog worden geprobeerd de debiteur via mail of telefoon te bereiken.<\/p>\n\n<p>Mocht dat lukken dan zal geprobeerd worden de kwestie met de debiteur te bespreken.
