SEKUNDI uses your data for managing its customer/prospect relations, to facilitate the follow-up of transactions entrusted to the company and/or to send any news or information which may be of interest to you. Who can access my data?

All in-house SEKUNDI employees have access to your data.  

Unless otherwise stipulated by the user, we may be requested to send your data to partners to undertake your requested transactions. This may result in these people directly contacting you using the contact details which you have given us. They may only  use your personal information for this purpose and are obliged to guarantee total confidentiality.

Where is your data stored ?

We benefit from various security procedures to ensure your personal data is well protected. It is stored in a computing area which is secure, controlled and protected against unauthorized access. We also use the SSL encryption protocol for all the pages on the site

These measures are intended to decrease in as far as possible the risks of unauthorised access to your data. However, zero risk does not exist.

How long is your data stored ?

To best undertake all requested transactions, SEKUNDI keeps your data until the purpose for which it was collected is finished. Your data is subsequently deleted from our database. Your browsing data (cookies) are kept for 13 months, in compliance with regulations. Personal data will be kept for a maximum of 24 months, the retention deadline allowed for managing prospection or commercial purposes.
